Mac SPSS Update

We have updated our Mac loadsets to include SPSS 16.0.1.  This replaces SPSS 13 on PowerPC-based Macs and is the first Intel-compatible version of SPSS.

Windows Smart Board Configuration Change

A group policy logon script to disable update checking in the Smart Board software was deployed.

Update to Showcase loadset 1/22

* Deployed an updated registry file for printer settings for the Epson
receipt printer

* Enabled "Secondary Logon" service

Diet Analysis deployed

The Diet Analysis program has been deployed to SLC. The help file may
have problems functioning due to security restrictions on active html
content. The program itself runs and we are working on the help file issue.

Mac Updates

We have deployed the new version (1.11.0) of the Radmind Tools to our stations.  Users will not notice any difference save for a slight speed increase.  We also deployed version 2.2.2 Patch 6 of NeoOffice.

Changes to the PC environment 1/09/08

* Implemented new GPO to enable verbose Group Policy logging. The GPO is named ccs'07-'08-EnableGPOVerboseLogging, and it imports two registry entries. One enables verbose logging of UserEnv and registry client-side extension. One enables verbose logging of the Security client-side extension.The log files are:

Windows Env Change - R 2.5.0 removed

I have removed R 2.5 from the production SoftGrid environment. PC's are
all getting R 2.6 now.
