Matlab change

Shortcuts for Matlab 2007 have been removed from Sites PC's as part of a
Start Menu clean up. The old shortcuts would launch and incorrect,
cached version of the app on some machines, connecting to an obsolete
license server, and the shortcuts would fail on other machines.

The current version of Matlab 2008 is available on Sites machines.
